Resolved Question: Should they refund my appraisal fee?

I was fresh employed with a mortgage broker to refinance my current mortgage. Everything was fine.. assign score, income, justness etc. The broker was very certain to analyse into everything preceding to arrangement an appraisal, a gift I was required to clear up front ($450). The judge came, did his job. I intend a call from the broker today, and although we hit not still recieved the completed apraisal, she informs me that she has whatever intense news. Since my bag is a manufactured bag (on a imperishable groundwork and thoughtful actual property), she today tells me that the wholesale lenders she goes finished do not give on this identify of home. She appologized, said she should hit asked me this, knowing that there are many homes of this variety in my area. I asked most what happens with the categorization fee.. It's my opinion that the work should clear this gift and refund the money to me since this was not my fault.
